Crowne Plaza Haifa, an IHG Hotel

**Review of Crowne Plaza Hotel, Haifa** I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Haifa, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel is situated in a prime location on one of the most beautiful streets in Haifa, making it easy to explore the area. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that I felt welcomed throughout my stay. Their service was one of the highlights of my experience. The dining options exceeded my expectations. Both breakfast and dinner offered a variety of delicious dishes that were well-prepared and satisfying. It was a pleasure to savor such quality meals during my stay. In terms of facilities, the hotel did not disappoint. The gym is well-equipped, which made it easy to stay active. I also took advantage of the spa services, providing a great way to relax, and the pool area was a nice spot to unwind. Overall, my stay at the Crowne Plaza Haifa was very positive. The combination of a great location, friendly staff, excellent food, and quality amenities makes this hotel a solid choice for visitors to Haifa. I would definitely consider returning on my next trip.

We enjoyed the view from the balcony, and the room was spacious enough to also include a pullout couch. The continental breakfast in the morning was good, with a fair amount of options. The sauna facilities were also nice. If you're visiting with Children, the city zoo is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel.

Great Hotel with super location but the best is the staff. I arrived late and the staff treated me as they were just came for me with a VIP service even that i pay last min rate. I was upgrated 3level up from my original booking. I got free parking qhen the lady at reception realised that i am very tired alao i got free breakfat. Mant Thanks for lady Hala. She is so. Polite with high Quility standart of service. Same for Mr Meir that follow up that all In order. Thanks allot. This is how hospitality needed to be!

The room was great and the view was outstanding, a perfect choice for a romantic date with your partner. The breakfast was on an acceptable level, however would be happy to see less sweet food and more meat options, the coffee and other drinks were good though.

As always for us this hotel. Is the best in haifa. Great location, great condition and in a great price! Special thanks to Mrs Nahed Hammed that made my stay great from the day of booking till check in even that i saw how busy she is. Also thanks to Aviv duty Manager that was pationed to my "crazy" Small needs... Toda Raba!
